The Controller will retain personal data for as long as necessary. For the longest period, the controller will keep personal data for 10 years.

Personal data will be processed:

machined (automated) means computers and computer programs;

in writing;

  1. Rights of the data subject, information and access to personal data

As a data subject, I have the right to access my personal data, I have the right to have them rectified or deleted, or restriction of processing. I have the right to request information on what personal data are being processed and I have the right to request an explanation regarding the processing of personal data.

Furthermore, I have the right to object to the processing as well as the right to data portability (i.e. the right to obtain personal data relating to me which I have provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, see in more detail Article 20 of the GDPR).

I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent granted before its withdrawal, if the processing is based on Article 107 TFEU. In accordance with6 of the basic Regulation, the Commission Article 1(1)(b) (a) or Article 10 of Directive 2000/ Article 9(1) and (2) Article 2(b) of The Basic Regulation, the commission shall (a) the GDPR. This means that I do not have such a right, in particular if the processing is necessary to fulfil the legal obligation applicable to the controller (in particular the obligations relating to the LVTČ).

As a data subject, I have the right to request information about the processing of my personal data, and this information is obliged by the controller to pass on to me without undue delay. The content of the information is determined by the provisions of Article 15 of the GDPR. The controller shall have the right to request adequate reimbursement for the provision of the information, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information.

As a data subject, in case of doubt about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, I have the right to contact the controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The AIFM shall declare that the processing does not take place in automated decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Article 11(1) of Directive 91/414/EEC. Article 22(2) of Regulation (EC) No 12 1 and 4 of the GDPR.

The Controller declares that personal data are not processed for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes.

As a data subject, I declare that I am aware of my rights under Chapter III of the GDPR.

I declare that all data provided is accurate and true and is provided on a voluntary basis.

The Controller declares that it will collect personal data to the extent necessary to fulfil the purpose and process it only in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected.

This consent is a free and conscious expression of the will of the data subject, the content of which is the consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data.
