Privacy policy

The controller and processor of personal data is TRESOR club s.r.o., company ID 04979559, Vinohradská 35/25, Prague 2, Czech Republic. Any employee of the controller is also authorised to process personal data.

This English text is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Czech wording is legally binding.

Wording of the consent

• By submitting the contact form, sending an e-mail or making contact by telephone, the user consents, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), effective from 25 May 2018, to the collection, storage and processing of the personal data they provide to the controller.

What data will be processed

• Name and surname.
• E-mail address.
• Telephone number.

Purposes of processing

• Sending the controller's commercial and marketing offers and announcements.
• Handling a customer's request for a service.

Retention period

• The controller retains personal data for the period strictly necessary, but no longer than 10 years.

Method of processing

• By machine (automated) means, using computers and computer programs.
• In paper form.

Rights of the data subject

• The right of access to personal data, to their rectification or erasure, or to restriction of processing.
• The right to request information on what personal data are processed and an explanation of their processing. The controller will provide it without undue delay (Article 15 GDPR) and may require reasonable payment not exceeding the necessary costs.
• The right to object to processing and the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR).
• The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out so far — consent may be withdrawn by e-mail to info@tresorclub.cz. This right does not apply where processing is necessary for the controller to comply with a legal obligation.
• If in doubt as to whether these obligations are being met, you may contact the controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
• The processing does not involve automated decision-making or profiling (Article 22(1) and (4) GDPR).
• Personal data are not processed for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes.

Cookies

• The website itself stores no cookies or other data in your browser and uses no visitor tracking tools.
• The home page and the Contact page embed a map from Google (Google Maps). Once loaded, it stores its own cookies and processes the visitor's IP address.
• The map only loads after the visitor consents in the bar shown on the first visit. Without consent, no request is sent to Google servers.
• The choice is stored in the browser (localStorage) for one year. It can be changed at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
• Consent to cookies is voluntary. Declining does not restrict access to any part of the site — instead of the map, the address and a link opening the map on Google are shown.

Final provisions

• The data subject declares that they are aware of their rights under Chapter III of the GDPR.
• The data provided are accurate and truthful and are provided voluntarily.
• The controller collects personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfil the purpose and processes them only in accordance with that purpose.
• This consent is a free and informed expression of the data subject's will to have their personal data processed.
