Roller Rink rules

Conditions and recommendations for entering the Tresor Roller Rink (TRR). We recommend wearing personal protective equipment while skating.

This English text is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Czech wording is legally binding.

I

Entry and liability

• You enter the Tresor Roller Rink at your own risk and on your own responsibility that you are medically and otherwise fit to take part.
• All visitors must observe all signage and rules.
• By entering you agree that in the event of an injury or accident caused by the layout of the premises, by objects, or by the conduct of other skaters, liability does not fall on Tresor club.
• Children under 15 may not be on the premises unsupervised. A responsible adult must be present at all times and is fully answerable for the child's behaviour.
• TRR reserves the right to refuse entry and to remove people from the venue for any reason, including conduct that could cause damage or injury, endanger others, or amount to a failure to meet reasonable requirements of TRR.

II

Safety on the rink

• Every participant must adapt their skating so as not to endanger other visitors.
• Wearing protective equipment and wrist guards significantly reduces the risk of injury from a fall.
• Walking is not permitted on the rink area, only skating. Participants may move freely in the other designated areas.
• All injuries and accidents must be reported immediately to the responsible TRR staff.

III

Skates and equipment

• In exchange for hired skates, each participant leaves an identity document in safekeeping, which is returned when the skates are handed back.
• In the event of theft of hired skates, the Police of the Czech Republic will be contacted.
• For hygiene reasons, anyone hiring skates must wear socks.
• Skates brought by visitors must be clean and may be inspected by a responsible member of club staff.

IV

Operations and belongings

• Consuming drinks or food is not permitted in the Roller Rink area.
• Bringing drinks and food into the Tresor club premises is prohibited.
• All clothing and luggage must be left in the cloakroom. The club reserves the right to inspect bags and rucksacks.
• Further rules of conduct on the premises are governed by the Tresor club Operating Rules.
